I finished the main body of the Half-Square trinity stitch on page 126 and tried to start working on the knit on border but I'm having trouble with it. This is my first knit on border and the instructions in the book are a bit vague.
If anyone can give me a few pointers on how to start myself off I'd really appreciate it. All of my attempts have ended up being frogged.

I've never done any knitted on borders either and my next project will be one with a knitted on border so I will need some help with thissoon too.
I'd be happy to help ... what seems to be the problem? Is it the lace cast-on giving you difficulty (pick any of the ones on p. 166), or chart B, or is it Chart B itself, or is it the knitting the last stitch from the border together with one stitch from the center panel? Or something else? Let me know, and I'll try to explain how it's done.
