Good morning from chilly Minnesota. I started to look for a KAL for VLT late last year and found this blog. I had the book on my wishlist and did get it for the holidays along with some Misti Lace alpaca in a rich dark brown. I started the Myrtle Leaf shawl using the needles recommened in the pattern, but I think I need to go down a size. I see that it has been knit by a member here. I may head to my LYS and get some advice.
This will be my first lace with a knitted on border but it seems like a straight forward pattern. I am happy that I have you all as a support group and look forward to more photos. I will try and post some of what I have, perhaps to get feedback from you all.
