Shawl Mania

These aren't great photos and nothing is blocked (or even finished!), but I wanted to share some of what this book is doing to me!

First I started the Maltese Shawl....

...then, since I needed a break from the pattern-every-row when I was dog tired, I started the Three Cornered Shawl.

Then, since it was my second one, I thought I could pop off a quick Shoulder Shawl.......

I feel more than a little obssessed!!

Wow! You are truly ambitious! They all look great so far.

I think you must be crazy - but in a good way :) I can't even decide which pattern to start, and you've started three.

I have stalled out on my second project from VLT, but this makes me think that the problem is that I only have one lace shawl on the needles right now. Heehee.

Lovely!

I think I may be in danger of doing such a thing. But once I did, it would make me crazy, I think. So, best to stick to one shawl at a time, for now. *whistle* (Pay no attention to the sweater and the socks and the bag also on the needles!) *whistle*

I'm working on the three cornered shawl right now too. I noticed you have it marked and was wondering how you chose to place your markers? I have each half marked in 4 spots and it just isn't working the way I want it to.

I have it marked like a dummy since I often cannot complete a whole row without interruption. The center is marked with a blue marker and the rest are all white with a marker for every repeat. I hope this helps!

LOL hope you don't knit in a dark room and forget which one you are knitting. If I am doing a pattern and memorized it ,I go into zombie mode so doing more than one at a time would not work for me

I have the same problem, I just love to try knitting new lace shawls all the time!
