A start to the border
I finally finished up the 62 pattern repeats for the center of my Melon shawl, and started on the border. I've memorized the border repeat already, and it's zipping right along.
There's a closeup of the border on my blog, if you want to see it. ;-)
So glad to read that the border is going well I haven't been giving my 'Melon' all my attention lately :) but am enjoying it. Look fwd to seeing your border Heather :)

BEAUTIFUL PHOTO! Just wondering .. since this seems to be zipping along quite quickly, what's next?
Looks like I made it in the KAL just in time since they've closed new memberships. WHEW!
LOL Kristie! LOL What's next? A sweater! :-)
Thanks, Heather. Oooh, definitely looking forward to seeing your Melon with a different border. Oooh!
Lovely! That shawl is on my to knit list, but it will be a while.
That looks really nice.
Even though I'm not that fond of black for lace - your shawl is stunning. Well done!
